Our Practice Manager, along with the Doctors, is responsible for the development of the Practice for the benefit of our patients. She is also responsible for staff management, dealing with general enquiries and complaints.
The receptionists deal with enquiries, appointments and general administration. In this case you will be asked to contact the surgery later in the day when the doctor's comments can be passed on.
