• Eligibility:
• Adults aged 75 years and over.
• Residents in a care home for older adults.
• Individuals aged 6 months and over who are immunosuppressed.​​​​​

Note: We will be contacting all eligible housebound patients via telephone to arrange a home visit between April and June. (Please do not call the surgery we will contact you. )

• All eligible patients for a Covid vaccine will receive a booking link to schedule an appointment at our vaccination centre located at the Orford Jubilee hub.
